Receive Authorization

We'll review your claim within 24 hours and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with return instructions.

Ship the Part

Package the part securely with your RMA number clearly marked. For warranty claims, we provide a prepaid return label.

Get Your Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect the part, we'll ship your replacement immediately (typically within 1 business day) or process your refund within 3-5 business days.
